Shipping

How long does shipping take? Please allow 10-20 business days for delivery, as items ship from our overseas fulfillment partners. We know that's longer than picking something up locally — in exchange, it's how we keep our prices fair.

Will I get tracking? Yes, you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

I ordered the bundle — will everything arrive together? Bundle items are fulfilled by different specialist suppliers, so they may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days. Each package will have its own tracking number.

What if the pillow is too firm or too soft? Memory foam softens slightly to body heat over the first several nights of use. If after a full trial period you're still not happy, reach out about our return policy.

How do I clean it? The outer cover is removable and machine washable on a gentle cycle. The foam insert itself should not be washed — spot clean only.
